Tap Tempo!
The DSP-1, now with an extra footswitch and dedicated knobs for all effect parameters.
Depending on your preference, this design makes control easier and eliminates the need for dual-function potentiometers or switching control banks.
It runs the same DSP-1 algorithms and effects, so the audio quality remains identical. However, there are several important updates and changes compared to the compact DSP-1 powerhouse.
Features
Tap tempo for delay and modulation effects
Dedicated knobs for all effect parameters
2× larger OLED display
MIDI input for remote control
Dedicated master volume control.
With the added footswitch and simplified menus, there might even be room for secret features such as signal level or compression visualization
Hardware development is almost complete!
However, I need to figure out a way to easily update the software as the USB port is no longer accessible…
