Shipping

In rare cases where actual shipping costs are significantly higher than expected, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the order or offer a full refund.

Customs

We ship from the Netherlands.

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

All products purchased from DMME Electronics are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • improper installation or modification

  • accidents, dropping, or transport damage

  • normal wear and tear

To request warranty service, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not return any item without prior authorization.
