  • Stand-alone operation / PC analysis tool

  • Fast measurements down to 120 ms per point

  • 4096 point FFT and 240 point sweeps

Broad Functionality

DMME Audio Analyzer runs highly optimized embedded code to quickly measure multiple audio signal metrics at once

Using the well respected PCM3060 I2S audio codec, it delivers studio-grade measurements and analysis features for hobbyists and professionals alike

  • Signal level measurements

    • Vrms

    • Vp-p

    • dBu

  • Noise and distortion

    • SNR

    • THD

    • THD+N

    • SINAD

  • Frequency sweeps

    • Bode plots

    • THD vs. Frequency

  • Amplitude sweeps | transfer curves

  • Frequency measurement | detection

  • 4096 point FFT | spectral analysis

  • Waveform capture and visualization

A rare combination: low-cost, fully self-contained audio analyzer and signal generator for true stand-alone operation — no external equipment required.

“The one and only stand-alone audio analyzer without breaking the bank“

Easy Calibration

Pre-calibrated using a 16-bit source (AWG) for both -10dBV and +4dBu ranges

Easily re-calibrate analyzer ADC with your own high performance external source

Self-calibration function for analyzer DAC

Loop-back connection (non-BNC version) when no cables connected for quick verification

PC Analysis & Captures

Supports PC analysis via USB serial and supporting software

Export data to CSV format and compare sweeps using the PC application

Simple Interface

Using a simple UI structure, there are no secret menus or controls that require reading an extensive manual

3.5” touch screen with 240x320 resolution for clear plots and data visualization

  • Output impedance 100Ω

  • 3.5” display with 240x320 resolution and touch screen

* Power supply is not included in the box!
Fortunately, these are readily available form different manufacturers in electronics and music stores. DMME recommends low-noise adaptors sold specifically for guitar effects pedals.

Check out the downloads page for detailed performance and measurements

Accessories:

  • 2x 1/4” jack cable (jack version)

  • 2x BNC cable

  • 2x BNC to RCA converter

  • 2x RCA to 1/4” jack converter

  • 1x USB-C PD to 9V DC + Polarity inverter cable

Can be used with the provided cables using a USB-C PD compatible charger supporting 9V output*
Recommended to use a low-noise external 9V DC ≥300mA center-negative adapter (not included)
These type of adapters are readily available at most music stores for guitar effects pedals.

* Please note that common USB PD chargers are not optimized for noise performance.
Therefore, expect non-ideal SNR performance, often caused by 50/60Hz mains hum and power supply switching noise.

The provided cable is included only as a convenient out of the box experience, to get you started.
All measurements on this page were performed using a low-noise external power supply.

Due to the small size of this company, and limited capabilities of carrying stock, the first batches will only include the USB PD cable.
We are currently in the process of validating some 9V adapters to give better recommendations and possibly offer them for sale on this website alongside products.
